In today’s client spotlight episode, I’m sharing the story of Junior, a Customer Success Manager with seven years of experience who suddenly found himself in the middle of a brutal job search after being laid off. Over the next two and a half years, he applied to more than 1,000 jobs and had almost nothing to show for it except a handful of interviews and a lot of frustration.
Like so many people, he tried everything he thought he was supposed to do… AI-written resumes, LinkedIn Premium, resume writers, applying everywhere he could. But the more he applied, the more it felt like he was shouting into the void.
Then something shifted. After joining my coaching program, Junior completely changed the way he approached his job search.
